There is no question that we love our cars. We clean them, we enjoy driving them. It’s all about the pleasures of the open road; but there’s a catch. We also have to fuel them, service them, repair them and generally pay for the right to use them. This is a costly business especially if we use them rarely and choose instead to rent them which is when car hire excess insurance may be appropriate. Essentially owning a car adds up to more expense. So is there another way?
